He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Carlstrom; his significant other's son Edwin Carlstrom (Michelle) of Gwinn; his siblings, Jill Hernandez (Louis) of Massachusetts, Anthoney Phalen of South Carolina, Deborah Woodhead (Richard) of Florida, Raymond Phalen of Florida, Richard Kroger (Joseph) of Massachusetts, Michael Conlon of Rhode Island, Donna Conlon of Rhode Island, Delores Conlon of Rhode Island, Nicholas of Vermont, Matthew of Vermont and Mark Phalen of Vermont; his stepmother Esther Phalen; Brian, Mariah Carlstrom of Gwinn, Averan and Noah McGuire of Gwinn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
