He is survived by: his mother Valerie Peterson (Moffatt) of Negaunee; his wife Melissa Peterson (Hostetler) of Gwinn; his children, Hannah Gentz (Augie) of Ishpeming and Jakob Peterson of Gwinn; his sister Terra Langham (Jason) of Michigamme; his nieces, Paselynn, Brylee and Braelynn Langham; his parents-in-law, Denise Eady and Scott Hostetler; and his sister-in-law Amy Hostetler of Marquette.
