He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Baynton and Crystal Baynton (Wall); his siblings, Ronald "Mickey" Baynton, Robert Baynton, Gerald Baynton and Rita Tellier; and his close friend Gordon Gill.
He is survived by: his sons, Allen Baynton of Gwinn and Robert Baynton of Marquette; his grandchildren, Alexa, Emily, Addison, Ian, Bailey and Konor; his great grandchildren, Olivia of Henderson, JJ, Willow and Charlotte; and his sisters, Sheila Jarrel (Jim) and Patricia Baynton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
