We are sad to announce that, on October 15, 2025, at the age of 87, Marilyn K. Kotel of Gwinn, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Desmond Connors and Dorothy Connors (Larsh); her husband Martin Kotel; her daughter Darla Filizetti; her son-in-law Gary Filizetti; and her siblings, Edwin Connors, Wayne Connors and Jerry Connors.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Kotel (Donald), Alice Curtis and Robin Kotelowski; her grandchildren, Staci, Melissa, Jody, Jamie, Christopher, Emma and Audrey; and her siblings, Carol Connors, Janice Boogren, Dawn Senne (Burt), Darlene Meden (Norm), Gary Connors (Mary) and Jill Leferink. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 280 Boulder St., Gwinn, MI 49841.
