We announce the death of Rita C. McGuire of Gwinn, Michigan, who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 70. Rita will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Heinz and Marian Heinz (Simmons); and her husband Michael McGuire. She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Coley (Lori) of Gwinn, Courtney McGuire of Phoenix, Arizona and Amber McGuire of Gwinn; her grandchildren, Isabella Coley and Anessa McGuire (Zoie Huston); and her siblings, Bobbi Coley (Bill), Cherri Heinz and Tim Heinz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
