George Louis Izydorek Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Louis Izydorek of Hadley, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Valerian Izydorek and Louise Izydorek (Pankowski); his wife Barbara Stevens; his sister-in-law Patt Izydorek; and his brother Paul Izydorek.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Hewison (Kerry) of Lapeer and Dawn Kessler of Ann Arbor; his grandchildren, Wade Hewison, Ashley Hewison, Brad Hewison, Zachary Kessler (Emily) and Courtney Kessler; and his siblings, Chuck Izydorek (JoAnn), Ann Johnson, Gene Izydorek (Shirley), Sally Wood (Larry), Bill Izydorek (Edie) and Steve Izydorek (Paula).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one of George's favorite charities: Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Meals on Wheels.
