He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Green and Geraldine Green (Ikerd); his son Toby Green; his siblings, Alice Carr, Jack Green and James Green; and his brother-in-law Harry Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Kristine Green (Goodrich); his sons, Scott Green (Stephanie) and Ronald J. Green (Hollie); his grandchildren, Brandon Green, Tyler Green, Devin Roberson, Sydney Green and Emma Sexton-Green; his siblings, Tom Green (Ruth), Larry Green (Gayle) and Sally Green; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Green, Kathy Smith, Jeff Goodrich (Mikayla) and Lynn Green. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
