He is survived by: his children, Darrell Bailey (Dyana), Janet Wolfrum (Fred) and Linda Carrico (Steve); his grandchildren, Carrie Bailey, Jerad Wolfrum, Mike Carrico (Sara), Steph Bentley (Jack), Ryan Bailey (Michelle) and Rachel Minge (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Nolan, Cade, Luke, Hunter Carrico, Olivia, Teddy Bentley, Myles and Jack Bailey; and his siblings, Pauline Hillman, Lena Mace, Sue Scales, Doris Couch, Kathyleen Boggs, Alice Adams, Dorothy Wilson, Herman, Dan and Reed Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Vernon's honor.
