He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Nortley; his children, Cheryl Rocker, Brad Nortley and Jessica Galle (Joshua); his siblings, JoAnn Nortley, Linda Nortley, Tom Nortley and Michael Nortley; and his grandchildren, Raqiyah, Kiarra, Ty, Abigail, Braylen, Ella and Blakely. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
