He is survived by: his wife Frances Ryan; his children, Tracy Lilley (Craig), Terrance Vance (Leah) and Ty Vance; his siblings, Robert Vance (Cheryl), Norbert Vance (Kathy), Ann Szajgecki (Rick) and Carol Yates (Michael); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Kyle, Collin Lilley, Emmett, Isla Vance, Chelsea, Nicole Bascos and Shawn Anderson; his great grandchildren, Luca Lilley, Kaysen, Liliana Stone, Jovani and Everleigh Bascos; and his daughter-in-law Ida Vance.
