He is survived by: his wife Connie Duimstra; his children, Diane (Duimstra), Robert Hoekstra, Susan (Duimstra), Gary Vredeveld, Lisa Hertz (Duimstra), Jon and Cindy Duimstra; his brother Bill (Shari Duimstra); and his sister-in-law Ruth Kruithof. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
