With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Stewart of Hamilton, Michigan, who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lackerman and Audrey Lackerman (Bottise); and her husband William "Bill" Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Wes Stewart (Mary) of Iron Mountain and Tammy DeBakker (Scott) of Vulcan; her grandchildren, Landon DeBakker, Kayla Walker (Zak), Kyanna DeBakker, Deaja Snell, Hunter Kellow and Savanah Stewart; her sister Gayle Nicholson (Ron) of Norway; her siblings-in-law, Robert Stewart (Shevawn) of Franklin, TN and Sue Eisele (Walt) of Franklin, TN; her nieces, Theresa Honn (Jeff), Sandra Phelps (Kevin) and Morgan Eisele; and her nephew Robert Eisele.
