She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nelson and Peggy Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Tanis; her sisters, Diana Ysseldyke and Carol Sue Wood (Michael); her sons, Wade Tanis (Gina), Mark Tanis and Matt Tanis (Amy); her grandchildren, Zane Tanis, Katlyn Burt (Eric), Haley Tanis, Madison Tanis, Zoe Tanis and Jason Tanis; and her great grandchild Luke Burt.
