He was predeceased by : his father-in-law James Bouws; and his grandparents, Harvey, Hazel Immink, J. B. and Leila Bell Mitchell.

He is survived by : his wife Brenda Immink; his sons, Peyton Immink and Gibson Immink; his parents, Irvin Immink and Sandra Immink; his sisters, Suzanne (Doug), Barense, Chelsea (Ben) and Valkema; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou Bouws.

“I met Mitch at a party at the farm. He walked Jamie and I around to show us the operation of the hops he was growing . Such a gentleman; I could tell right away. The party was to celebrate Mitch being in remission. Jamie worked with Mitch at Light Loads and thought the world of Mitch. It was really nice to be invited to that celebration and to have met Mitch and his whole family. Brenda and sons, May God wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you.
