He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Lynn Dubbink), Karen (Steve Stevens), Kristin (Patrick Driscoll) and Kayla (Isaac Park); his grandchildren, Ryan Dubbink (Leigha Keck), Lauren Dubbink, Rachel Dubbink, Connor Stevens, Elani Stevens, Joshua Driscoll, Dustin Driscoll and Ashley Driscoll; and his in-laws, Mark, Mary Folkert, Char Folkert, Sharon Folkert and Steve Hook (Norma). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
