He was predeceased by : his parents, Oakley R Rowe and Gertrude Rowe (Amala); his wife Joyce Rowe (Wahlstrom); his siblings, Oakley "Bud" Rowe (Doris), Kenneth Rowe (Nancy), Delores Ryding (Carl), Loretta Blau (Junior), Elaine Beaudion (Leonard) and Kathleen Gawlik; and also, John and Elsie Wahlstrom.
He is survived by : his sons, Gregory Rowe (Mary), Chad Rowe (Rhonda) and Nathan Rowe (Carole Collins); his siblings, Mark Rowe (Colleen), Judy Jarve (Paul), Carol Barry (Jack) and Jean Rowe Cygan; and his sister-in-law Nancy Rowe (Antilla).
