He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Autio (Ollila); his wife Barbara Nysti; and his children, Kim Denise and David Karl. He is survived by: his father Peter Autio Jr.; his children, Peter Autio (Cindy), Alan Autio, Dawn Autio (Thomas Weaver) and Susan Autio; and his grandchildren, Travis Autio, Martti, Maija Weaver, Justin, Seth, Tony Autio, Katie Sullivan and Kyle Autio. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
