We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2025, Richard J. Brey (Hancock, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Brey and Irene Brey (Olive); and his siblings, Gary Brey, Gail and Michele Brey.
He is survived by: his brother Donald Brey of Florida; his daughter Jill Laux of Hancock; and his grandchildren, Allyson Laux of Hancock, Jamie and Jeffrey Laux of Ripley. He is also survived by nephew, nieces, and cousins.
