He is survived by: his wife Karen Grayson (Johnsen); his daughters, Lena Thomas and Molly Thomas; his brothers, Ben Thomas (Betty), David Thomas and Peter Thomas (Bekeeta); his nephews, Joey and Jake; his stepdaughter Carrie Gentz (Troy); his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Eli and Ruby; his stepdaughter Sally Merkle; his stepgrandchildren, Cedrik and Stella; his stepdaughter Tammy Grayson; his stepgrandchildren, Evan and Ashton; and his stepson Matthew Grayson.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lakeside Inn (15251 Lakeshore Rd, Union Pier, MI 49116).
Memorial contributions may be made to his wife, Karen Thomas, to assist with final expenses and in honor of Jim's life and legacy.
