She was predeceased by: her parents, H. C. Robinson and Thelma Lawson Robinson; and her brother Larry Robinson of Dawson. She is survived by: her husband Layton Olson; her sibling's children, Lawson Robinson (Scottsboro) of Birmingham and Amy Robinson of Niceville; and her cousins, Bobby Honea (Azalia Grubbs) of Dawson and Eugene Grubbs of Geraldine.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Geraldine Public Library for the Northeast Alabama Nature and Heritage Program or to a similar nature, heritage and technology program at a library in Galien River Valley watershed.
