He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Joyce Pleiness, James and Greta Soper; his aunt Peggy Arntz; and his uncles, Pete Soper and Sam Soper.
He is survived by: his parents, Dorreen Furness and Clarence Soper; his stepfather Ray Furness; his siblings, Preston Soper (Nicole Osantowski) of Ruth and Tia Soper (Jeremiah Clennan) of Saginaw; his stepsiblings, Cassie Vance (Scott) of Cass City and Trevor Furness of Harbor Beach; his aunts and uncles, Duane, Lisa Pleiness, Karen, Bill Jurgess, Cathy, Dan Abraham, Jerry, Janet Soper, Parisville, James Soper and Rose Soper; and his close friends, Vincent, Jalen, Sam, Quiten and Dylan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mason's family, in care of his mother Dorreen Furness, Thumb Animal Shelter or a special fund set up for the CAD program at the Huron Area Technical Center.
