He was predeceased by : his father Henry Holdwick; his son Christopher Holdwick; his siblings, Robert Holdwick (Irene), Loretta Stacer (Harold), Lenore Kupps (Stanley) and Leo Holdwick (Shirley); his brother-in-law Merlin Stacer; and his parents-in-law, Norbert and Rosanna Kramer.

He is survived by : his sons, Henry Holdwick (Deanna) of Harbor Beach and Michael Holdwick of Harbor Beach; his grandchildren, Theresa Wolschleger (Aaron), Matthew Holdwick (Rebecca), Andrew Holdwick and Stephanie Gusa (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Jakob, Morgan, MaryElla, Izabel, Eli, Christopher, AvaLynn, Clare and Ellie; his siblings, Magdalene Stacer of Ruth and Joe Holdwick (Lorraine) of Ruth; and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Kramer (Sherry) and Joan Maurer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
