He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Layman; his children, Scott Layman (Lauren), Mark Layman and Kristy Doyle (Todd); his grandchildren, Noah Layman (Molly), Kyle Layman, Blake Layman, Elle Layman, Connor Doyle and Kayla Doyle; his great grandchild Adeline Layman; and his niece Kristin Finton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Donald's memory to the Harbor Springs Community Food Pantry, a cause to which both Donald and Mary Kay Layman are deeply committed.
