He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John C. Cupps, Louise Lybarker, Judd and Anna Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Bill, Eve Meyer, Andy Krupa, John Grosskopf and Margrette Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, John Cupps and Eleanor Cupps (Smith); his brothers, John and Matthew Cupps; his niece Grace Jeffries (Will); his aunts, Rose Krupa, Doris Grosskopf, Mary Williams and Chris Manville (Rick); and his uncle Tom Smith (Carolyn). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Stevie's name to the American Legion Post 281 or the Harbor Springs Rams Booster.
