She was predeceased by: her parents, William Curry and Mackie Irene Blackburn; her husband Anthony Arker; her daughter Pamela Arker; her siblings, W. C. "Dub" Blackburn, Jr., William Blackburn, Jimmy Blackburn, Jay Blackburn, Rebecca "Nellie" Blackwell and Peggy White; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Blackburn and Dottie Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Anderson (David), Daniel Arker (Barb) and Lisa Jacobson (Jack Somers); her grandchildren, Justin Jacobson, Jason Fountain (Lacey Fox), Jessica Carmosino (Dominic), Lieutenant Colonel Dan Jacobson (Katie), Adam Jacobson (Christine) and Sam Arker (Stacey); her great grandchildren, Sophia, Lily, Brooks, Ada, Lane, Caylee, Lincoln, Jersi, Anthony and Baby Jacobson; her siblings, Billie Boteler, Lonnie Blackburn, Roger Blackburn and Lisa Frey (Steven); and her niece Roseanne Welper (Dale). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
