She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Buchman and Eleanor Buchman; and her siblings, Ralph "Scook" Buchman (late Lena), Linda "Lindy" Allen (Robert), Donna "Dodo" McLaughlin (late James) and Henry "Mike" Buchman.

She is survived by: her children, Bridget LaForest and Brian LaForest; her child-in-law Rhiannon; her granddaughter Sarah; her siblings, Eleanor "Toots" Holland (late Carl), Robert "Bobby" Buchman (Patty), Diane "Annie" LaForest (late Cal) and Yvonne Timma (David); and her sister-in-law Vickie Buchman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
