He was predeceased by : his parents, Casimir Borowski and Stella Borowski. He is survived by : his significant other Karen; his children, David Burr and Lisa Austin (Matt); and his grandchildren, Emilee and Aaron James "AJ".

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sullivan and Son Funeral Directors-Royal Oak (705 W Eleven Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
