He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smyth and Florence Smyth; and his siblings, Elaine and Russell Smyth. He is survived by: his children, Ryan T. Smyth and Erin Koch (Dennis); and his sister Dorothy Conrad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
