He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Bruckner and Alice Bruckner (Brezinski). He is survived by: his wife Tamra "Tammy" Bruckner; and his son Scott Bruckner. He is also survived by siblings; and many nieces nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark-Stocking Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service, Inc. - Harrison (165 W Oak St, Harrison, MI 48625). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Athanasius Catholic Church (310 S Broad St, Harrison, MI 48625).
