He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas James Haley and Julia Carolyn Haley (Bielawa); his stepfather Donald Cobleigh; and his siblings, Judith Haley, Joe Haley and Jim Haley.
He is survived by : his wife Therese Roseann Soyring of Harrison; his children, Tanya Bork of Mount Pleasant, Joe Haley (Renee) of Harrison, Shannon Haines (Theron) of Harrison, Michael Haley (Tara) of Gladwin and Joni Ashcroft (Joe) of Harrison; his sister Jane Kipp of Harrison; his half-siblings, Donna Robinson (Rob) of Evart and Robert Cobleigh of Harrison; and his stepsisters, Gloria Gamble (Ken) of Harrison and Sharon Cobleigh of Evart.
John was a lifelong Harrison Hornet and especially enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports, in lieu of flowers, family has requested memorial gifts to be considered to: Harrison Sports Boosters.
