She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Fox and Constance Fox (Wilcox); her stepfather Windy May; and her siblings, Jim Fox and Janet Redoutey.

She is survived by : her daughter Billie Rae Cudney (Robert Herron); her husband Lynn Cudney; her granddaughter Katie Simon (Zach); her great grandchildren, Oliver and Wyatt; her siblings, Howard Fox (Shawn) and Lori Permoda; her sister-in-law Cathy Fox; and her daughter Robyn See. She is also survived by one step-brother, two step-sisters, multiple nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to MyMichigan Health Hospice in honor of Karen's life.
