He was predeceased by : his parents, Keith O. Mayfield and Shirley Anna Mayfield (Freimuth); his sister Sara Teschner; and his nephew Luke Teschner. He is survived by : his wife Rosemarie Reynolds of Harrison; his son Klint Bailey (Kristie) of Clare; his grandchildren, Paige Bailey, Preston Bailey, Alyssa Murray and Kyle Bailey; his siblings, Deborah Schneider (Jim) of Gunter, Randall "Randy" Mayfield (Pamela) of Harrison and Mark Mayfield (Karen) of Harrison; and his pets, Buster, Bode and Amber.
