He was predeceased by : his mother Carol C. Leinweber. He is survived by : his father Joseph F. Coughlin; his brothers, Lee Coughlin (Deb), David Coughlin (Donita) and Brian Coughlin (Dionne); and his nieces and nephews, Elle, Erin, Connor, Trevor, Carly, Nicole, Bret and Joel.

My two sons, Rex and David, played a lot with the Coughlin boys back in the 70s and they were devastated when Robby suffered his critical injuries.
