He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Bucholz and Edith Bucholz (Hutson); his wife Ivah Sue of Owosso; and his brothers, Cliff, Dean and Glenn.
He is survived by: his children, Danae Apelgren (Jon), Robin Bucholz (Jill), Lisa Nelson (Troy) and Angela Hunter (Darin). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
