He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Howard and Marjorie Phinney; his aunt Bonnie Phinney; and his niece Mikayla Dunn Mahalak. He is survived by : his wife Heather Dunn Phinney; his daughter Miranda "Sissy" Phinney; his parents, David Phinney and Ruth Phinney; his siblings, Jodi Wier (Nathen) and Ryan Phinney; his parents-in-law, Harry and Nancy Dunn; his sister-in-law Marnie Bradley (Kevin); his niece Peyton Wier; and his nephews, Lucas and Clark Wier.
