He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Ellsworth and Eleanora Ellsworth (Malcom). He is survived by: his wife Brande Rink; and his siblings, Susie Profazi (Carl), Judy Marks and Byron Ellsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
