He is survived by: his wife Donna Horvath; his children, John David Horvath (Tami) and Jennifer VanTiem (Larry); his grandchildren, Christina "C. J." Horvath, Tristin Coll (Jeff Curtis), Makailey, Landyn and Coy VanTiem; his great grandchild Ryleigh Mae Curtis; his brothers, Richard Horvath (Maryann) and Robert Horvath (Alicia); and his sister-in-law Nancy Horvath. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
