She was predeceased by: her father James LeRoy Alltop; her uncle Jack Monroe; and her cousins, Rudy Lopez, Cheyenne Lopez and Darlene "Dumpy" Lopez.

She is survived by: her mother Joyce Anne Alltop (Monroe); her children, Tamara Villarreal (Israel), Kelly Alltop (Brooke Collins) and Jose Jr. Villarreal (Dezaray Montoya); her grandchildren, Rolando Salgado Jr., Gabriel Villarreal, Ryder Alltop, Mya Villarreal and Azari Villarreal; her brothers, Roy Alltop (Ann) and Jason Alltop (Heather); her nieces and nephews, J. D. Sutton (Amber), Katie Visger (Levi), Roy Jr. Alltop (Grace), Timothy Alltop, Shelbie Kumzi (Dylan) and Bailey Alltop; and her former husband Jose Villarreal Sr.. She is also survived by her family, but also her friends.
