He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Vanas; his siblings, Kathie Smith (George) and Jeff Vanas (Robin); his cousins, Clancy Dietz (Geri) and Charlie Dietz (Janey); his children, Nichole Claude (Rick) and Adam Lee Vanas (Sarah); his stepdaughters, Michelle and Lizzie; and his grandchildren, Isaiah and Aurora.
