He was predeceased by : his parents, Raul Rodriguez and Conchita Rodriguez (Davila); and his nephew Ernie Rodriguez Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Adam, Angela and Melissa Weaver (Robert); his grandchildren, Derik Nelson, Jimmy and Jaxon Yeager; his former life partner Alice Battice; and his sisters, Mary Flores, Gloria Dean (Shawn), Lily, Theresa and Debbie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
