She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony Kucinsky and Elsie Kucinsky (Brimmer); her siblings, Debbie Gonzales and Johnny Kucinsky; her daughter Pam Routley; and her granddaughter Athena Routley.

She is survived by : her children, Tonya Thorne, Angela Smith, Renea Thorne, Jeffrey Thorne and Alanna Thorne-Cohoon; and her sisters, Mary Clark, Sharon Shoddy and Josephine Cater. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
