He was predeceased by: his parents, George Collins and Eleanor Collins (Baird); his son Timothy Collins; and his brother Ward Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Graham (Dennis); his grandsons, Robert Graham (Morgan) and Derek Graham; and his siblings, Dale Collins and Sarita Collins. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
