She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Robert and Evelyn Richardson (Wickenhiser); and her sister Carolyn Howitt. She is survived by: her husband Leslie G. Mathews; her daughters, Tina Hurst (Brian), Kelly Carrizales (Arturo) and Jenny Frederick (Andy Herrington); her grandchildren, Bailey Frederick, Raven Mathews, Nicolas Carrizales and Ian Carrizales; and her sister Shirley Sage. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Linden Chapel (209 E Broad St, Linden, MI 48451). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel (209 E Broad St, Linden, MI 48451).
