He is survived by: his wife Emogene "Jean" Willey (Baker); his children, Michael Willey and Michelle Blaize (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashley and Ethan; his sister Joan Ludwig (Ron); and his sisters-in-law, Pat Baker, Martha Baker and Inez Frye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends, and neighbors.
