He was predeceased by: his father Steven Smith; and his uncle Don. He is survived by: his wife Tami; his daughters, Emily and Olivia; his mother Holly Allison (Victor); his goddaughters, JoJo and Isabella; and his friends, Jeff, Cheryl, Archie, Trevor, Chris, Mitch and Big Chris.
