She is survived by : her husband Jim Kubek; her children, John Kubek (Rita), Joe Kubek (Sharon) and Julie Spicer (Larry); her grandchildren, Amberlynn Roll (Justin), Ariell Brown (Steven), James Kubek (Shian), Terry Turnblom, Amanda Turnblom, Lacey Kubek (Jeremy Butler), Shelby Irwin (Kasey), Allyson Fox (Matt), Kayla Gorodenski (Dylan Burger), Cooper Gorodenski and Owen Spicer; and her great grandchildren, Kaleigh, Nathan, Eli, Wayne, Landon, Peyton, Baby Brown, Autumn, Colton, Madalynn, Krew, Kash, Loralei, Paisley and Charlee.
