He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Cheney and Ruth Cheney (Gardner); and his siblings, Pauline Hunt, Doreen Miller and George.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Cheney (Miller); his children, Darice Cheney and Kirk Cheney (Bridget); his brothers, Donald Cheney (Lili) and Howard Cheney (Jane); and his brother-in-law Hubert Hunt. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
