He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Chamberlin (Smith); his stepmother Jo; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Dorothy. He is survived by: his father Gordon Chamberlin; his wife Cindy Humphreys; his sons, Evan (Erica), Drew (Carissa) and Adam (Clare); his brothers, Steve and Mike (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Grace, Poppy, Gemma and Oslo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, special friends, and cousins.
