She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Vern Carter and Lucille Dorthea Carter (Weber); her husband Douglas Anderson; and her brother Ralph Carter (Marilyn). She is survived by: her sons, David Anderson (JoEllen), Donald Anderson (Kim), Brian Anderson (Ginny) and Bruce Anderson (Dana). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; along with many extended family members and dear friends.
