He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Forbes and Alice Forbes (Roerig); and his sisters, Cheryl and Gwen Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Heather Moore; his children, Robert Forbes, Holly Hanson (Brock), Abby Miller and John Forbes; his stepchildren, Wendy Menifee, Loree Bosman, John Moore (Jenn) and Dan Moore; and his siblings, Nancy Kocharoff (David) and Sandy Forbes. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
